Guest access

You will have access to the entire three-story home which is 2,477 square feet. The home also includes a finely appointed and private outdoor balcony area. The garage and certain closets are locked and are unavailable for guest access. I am available to assist in any way I can to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The neighborhood is very quiet, calm, and relaxed. In fact, it is sometimes hard to believe the house is only 2 miles from Broadway Avenue!

Getting around

Conveniently located just off of Interstate 65 makes getting to the home very easy and then exploring Nashville and the surrounding areas just as easy. Downtown Broadway is just a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away and it will only run about $6-$7.
